I love this insoles! I wear size 7 shoes, but went to the next size because size 7 insole is to short. I'm an ultra runner and this insoles seems to help a lot!!

My first pair of Enduro soles is well into its second year of hiking use and still going strong. These are the best insoles I've ever used. I've got very low volume feet with delicate skin, and a history of calouses and blisters. I hike three times a week for a total of at least thirty-five miles and I've never had a hot spot, a blister, or any foot trouble whatsoever since I've begun hiking in these insoles. They're absolutely great and I'll never wear another kind.
