The tent is well built and has held up to several down pour days. It is a great size for a couple or if you do not mind being very close to your friend. I am 5'11" and the length is about as short as I would want it to be. Ligthweight to help you get farther more comfortably.

By Glenn from NY, NY on 8/26/2008
Pros:
Good Value, High Quality, Light Weight
Cons:
Small for 2 poeple
Best Uses:
Backpacking, Camping
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I used this tent about a dozen times this summer hiking 14ers in Colorado. It is lightweight and takes about 5 minutes to put up. I just wish it was a little bigger. There is room for 2 sleeping bags side by side and that is about it. It only rained once and we had no problem.

Great tent!

Pros:
Durable, Good Value, High Quality
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I'm 6'1 & about 230 lbs - I use this tent regularly. It's a great tent - a little on the heavy side for 1 person, but I prefer using a 2 person tent for when I backpack because I hate small 1 person (i.e. 1/2 person if you're a bigger person) tents.
