Easy to put on. These knee caps were made to handle pressure. Great item compared to other bulky, heavier knee caps.

I nordic/tele ski some choppy not so deep stuff in southeast Michigan (single track) where people don't believe it possible. If you blow a tele turn the results can be catastrophic. I were these under my pants (kinda like a hockey set up) and they give me a whole new level of confidence. They are incredibly light and stable (I don't even know they are there). I can't say enough about them. I recommend them to everybody and everybody that has made the investment agrees with me.

Cracked after a year of tele
By Tele DaveVerified Reviewer from Palo Alto, CA on 1/3/2007
Pros:
Easy To Set Up, Lightweight
Cons:
Broke
Best Uses:
Telemark skiing

They served me extremely well for a year of telemark skiing, but ultimately the plastic broke at the narrow point and started to rip my ski pants. I now ski in the BD knee pads and much prefer them.

These are good stuff but,
By Matt SplattVerified Reviewer from all over on 12/14/2006
Pros:
Lightweight, Stable
Best Uses:
Protecting knees

Great replacement for my old fav's. Tired a few others along the way that wouldn't stay in place. These stay put but, after a season plastic has started to crack where the straps attach and creates a stress point

Tactical Ops "Gotta Haves"
By PSDVerified Purchaser from Baghdad, Iraq on 6/23/2006
Pros:
Easy To Set Up, Flexible, Lightweight, Rugged, Stable
Best Uses:
PSD/CQB

I have been searching for a replacement for my tactical kneepads. These were brought to my attention and they are the answer that I have been looking for. I Have tried many variations of tactical kneepads and have found that they all lack what these "non-tactical" caps bring to the table....functionality, comfort, and ease of use. Awesome product. Highly recommend for PSD/CQB operations.

These pads are designed to stay in place without ripping out the liner of your pant shell.
They are lightweight and sturdy.
