Like the other reviewers, I was surprised that the chain "rope" was so short. However, the length is still fine, nestling just below the base of my neck. Workmanship is exquisite: the rope & carabiner are so perfectly detailed, there is even a notch in the locking 'biner. I love this necklace so much, I rarely take it off.

I really enjoy this product. When I first got it, I was thrown off by the size of the carabiner (it looks so big!). However, after putting it on, it really grew on me, and now I love its size. The only cons I see are that the chain has snagged my hair a couple times (twice so far - not bad), and that it flips - so you never know if your carabiner will be up or down. Not big deals though for something that I feel expresses me so well. I love the chain and the realistic knots in it, and overall I think its was a great buy! Would buy it again if I didn't have it!!

This is a great climbing specific gift for the climbing girl. The details are great. It does, however, seem a bit cheap. I worry that the carabiner clasp will not hild up well, and the silver seems low grade.
