Having seen these on hiking partners, I knew they were a good fit for my needs. Great grip for mitts, easy on and off, nice teather for high winds to help prevent loss. Weather protection is right on yet they breath well. Easy to take other types of liners including heavy wool mitts, wool gloves, or thin polypro liners for warmer temps.
