I am active duty military and I primarily use the hat to do physical training while off duty. I usually wear a hat while running outside to keep the sun off my bald head and this is the only hat that is vented enough to not get soaked with sweat. It is extremely light weight and well made. I have enjoyed the hat so far. only have had it a few weeks. it replaced a hat I had been wearing for six years or so. so of course its just not the same... Didnt realize that the whole hat is mesh with another layer of colored fabric over it, but not sewn down, so there is more venting. functional, but makes parts of the hat "stick up" a little. besides that, great hat.

Great warm weather hat. Probably the best compliment that I can give is that, after losing my hat, I ordered another one the next day.
