I spend time in the winter backcountry skiing in Michigan where the dampness and wind create perceptibly cold conditions. I have been looking for a ball cap basic design for several years that has a way to keep my ears warm. I love having a visor as well, so the chuck hat keeps me shaded and warm and dry.
