I use these for backpacking, back-country skiing, hiking, and rock climbing. They are comfortable, well designed for use with a pack, and well made. I'm on my second pair now, having worn the first pair to threads. Love these pants!

I have had these pants for several weeks now and have taken them out several times here in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. These pants are comfortable to wear, they convert to shorts very easily, and they dry very quickly which is important if you get wet in the woods and night is coming. I wore the shorts swimming in a reservoir at about 10,000ft. and within 10min. they were almost completely dry.
