Nice looking sweater for casual wear or light outdoor use. Not too heavy, not too light... nice mid-weight layering piece. Fuzzy surface would definitely collect cockleburs, Beggar's lice and other sticky trailside debris... probably not a good choice for mountain biking or off-trail hiking.

This is the 4th pull over I have purchased. Love them but wait until they go on sale. [$] The more you wear them the softer they get and none of mine have worn thin.

This is an excellent piece. Note that it is not burly, so the name can be misleading. It is a lightweight wool with a very comfortable synthetic inner weave. It is very warm, and the fit is roomy, so it is not binding. If you are looking for a great, lightweight wool sweater that can be worn to work or around base camp to beat the chill, then this is a great choice. I like it so much that I ordered two more.

Good quality, good looking product - has the look of nice wool with the benefits of a synthetic. The XL fits perfectly in the chest in shoulders, but the garment is too short. I am 6'2" and I usually look for tall sized garments. By comparison, North Face and Patagonia garments in XL sizes fit me well. Other than that, I think it is a quality product, although a bit overpriced. I got it on sale - I wouldn't have paid the full price.

The Burly Wooly is the best pullover I've ever owned. Wear it every chance I get. I have two different colors so i can wear them more often. Wish I had one for every day of the week. It wears well over a moisture wicking shirt. doesn't itch the skin if worn over short sleeves.

This is a great product, if you paid full price, you should still be happy but most folks got a discount along the way. Not sure if they will ever be back, but it is warm, lightweight, and very comfortable.

Nice product, just to high of a price tag. You could definitely find similiar at a cheaper price. I like MH so I forked the extra bucks, but should have used an alternative. Wont be disappointed, but $$$.
