This shirt was a small and it did not fit very well. The material is more like a mesh then a fabric and did not fit my needs.

Pros:
A great base layer, Breathable, Good outer layer for warmer weather, Lightweight, Warm, Wide temperature range
Cons:
The surface pills up if washed wrong, Wears Easily

Casual Wear, Hiking and Camping, Travel
Have worn these shirts for many years now, a great compromise between bulk, warmth, and breathability. Wash carefully in cold water on the gentle cycle and air dry on a rack - it'll last a lot longer and look a lot newer.

My wife and I teach skiing full time, and have found this to be the best turtle neck we have ever used. Teaching creates a need for flexibility in temperature regulation and wickability. The El Cap provides both. Plus it is extremely durable.
