As with most Mountain HardWear products, the fit is snug & works, for me, better as a base layer than an intermediate layer for hiking & camping. That being said, this shirt is comfortable, lightweight, good looking and performs exactly as advertised. It's a good addition to my other Mountain HardWear items.

It's always challenging purchasing items from a catalog, yet having purchased several items from [...] and made by Mountain Hardware, I am always satisfied. The fit on this particular item is great, the weight is light and good for layering, and the quality is high. The little details are what makes the difference on quality and endurance, and Mountain Hardware seems to always get it right. Just needs a small pocket to stash a key or something and it would be perfect...
