I was climbing Mt. Bierdstadt and was struck by lightning believe it or not and I lived to tell the story. The watch stopped...but I eventually got it going again. Let's just say, this watch can take anything! Prior to, I never took it off and swam with it on frequently and it is definitely a great waterproof watch as well. I use it for a variety of athletic activities and it doesn't have a scratch on it. Way to go Fortress!
