This is my 2nd purchased pair. The first pair was purchased 2 years ago. I use them weekly for climbing outside trad and sport. The cotton canvas material is the most durable and comfortable I have found. I have to buy a 32 inch waist and then take the pants to a tailor and have the waist brought in to 30. The 30 inch waist pants legs run tight. The 30 inch waist pants are too tight in the legs for climbing.

Tried them on and the wife attacked me. So I guess that means they look as great as they feel. It's a hardy feel; this pants will have no problem holding up with durability issues. Can't go wrong with this price!

***WARNING***

BUY YOUR SIZE ALLOWING FOR NO SHRINKAGE!

These pants, even though 100% cotton, just do not shrink. I'm a 30 inch waist and I bought 32's thinking they'd shrink and by the end of the day these are riding low...Now I'm waiting for more 30's to show up in inventory.

I love these pants except for one thing - they are already torn up on the bottom after only a few months of casual wear and a bit of hiking and climbing. This company is supposed to be tough and these didn't turn out that way really. Still great pants and considering I got them cheap they were worth it. [...]
