These shorts fit weird through the length - kind of bunchy near the waist and a bit tight lower on the the thigh. Took a risk washing them thinking the bunchy part might fit better - didn't work and now can't return them. Should have known better - if you don't like initial fit, send 'em back. Expected better from Arc.

This stuff is really well made. I always was skeptical about their gear. As a Ski Patroller I had my brands that I trusted and thought that their gear was trendy and too expensive.

I wish these shorts fit an athletic build. Usually Acteryx products accomodate my fit quite well. These however did not. I have 32 inch waist but needed a size 34 to fit over the quads/butt (the 32's seemed rather binding and restrictive. Seems as though they went away from their signiture fit and went more for the "stylish" kind of look and feel.

after 2nd waring the zipper came apart on one pair
other pairs seem OK.
