I actually love the longer shorts/capri pants. I have a couple pair from other brands and like them all. the Mantis are the longest out of all of them. These fall just below the calf on me. Still like them a lot. Great material, light weight and a good product. I'd get another pair for sure.
These pants are great if you're like me and haven't worn a full pair of pants in years (SoCal living!).
Only complaint is they aren't durable enough for me, but their light weight does make them perfect for hotter weather. Would like to see same pants in about three or four different fabric weights. And put two pockets on the back- I'm left-handed and having my wallet in the right side feels wrong.
normally wear a medium pant - with this product a small was perfect
Best Capris available. Lightweight, non-restrictive, durable, perfect for climbing. Nice fit, adjustable waist.
The mantis knickers have great maneuverability coupled with strong construction, I wear a 32 and I need a large, so they run a little bit smaller than normal in the waist.
I followed the instructions from other reviewers ad bought one size up. Good call. One size bigger fits great. Comfortable, stylish and a good price. A nice alternative to my kilt
Great fit. Sharp and super comfy. I'm buying another pair!
It was hard to choose a pair of "man-capris" I have seen a lot of them and they do not look good at all. These pants cover your knees for protection but also allow for free movement and a draft. They also look really nice. They are not too short or long and they are made of nice material. I would buy the Mantis Knicker again
These knickers are high quality and breathable. Great for hanging out or practicing kata!
I've never worn knickers before, so I wasn't sure I'd like them, but I must admit, PrAna's Mantis knickers are really something. The fit is great, and the extra coverage over my knees was welcome on chilly mornings. My only caution to future buyers would be to take a look at PrAna's sizing chart--my 34-inch waist is usually a medium with most companies, but it was a large with PrAna.

The do it all knicker, this is my third pair of Prana's knickers and I say buy them! From climbing at the gym to cycling on the single speed down to the bar afterwards. Comfortable and stylish with a bit of saucy wickedness, the only downfall is when you start wearing these everyone will jump in your parade and start beating your drums. Hell I might even start wearing them to corporate america to compete with the ladies capri's!

Excellent. Stood up to the rigors of three days of setting up climbing routes; scrapes, digs, dirt, and mud. Tossed them in the washer, and they came out fine.

If you don't like wearing shorts or just hate those crappy cargo shorts that everyone else wears these are the pants for you. I bought these to bike to and from work and they are perfect, couldn't be happier!

I wore these pants at a three-day camping trip in early June. They really held up to hiking and bouldering, and they also looked great in town. I found them to be both durable (holding up to offwidth crack climbing) and flexible, allowing me to highstep without feeling constricted. Plus, they were really comfortable when I was lounging around the campsite.

I think that Prana has had a bad manufacturing run. I have mediums which are definitly small, and larges which are mediums. The design and fabric is very good. I have another pair of knickers from Prana "Arzo" mediums and they fit very good.
