The gloves fit great and they look just as good! Luckily though, I remembered that Burton women's gloves tend to run a bit small so I ordered the large. The large fit perfectly, and I have pretty normal sized hands. (I'm usually a medium with other brand gloves) But besides that, I love these gloves! They are not really meant for backcountry or powder riding, so just be aware of that. I mainly wear them on warmer days or days when I'm just in the terrain park.
