I've bought two of these over the last 5 years, and I love them. The construction is great, there's a strip of fleece-like material around the inside to keep your ears warm, leaving the top-inside for ventilation. I've found that rarely the beanie is too warm to wear, even around town.
My only complaint with these beanies is that the material tends to pill over time, which makes it feel cheap compared to the price tag. I feel that what I get out of the beanie off-sets the cost, as it's the best I've found. Also, my head is slightly smaller than the average male's, and most one-size-fits-all hats and beanies are too big. Thankfully, this one fits as advertised.
Expensive, but worth it.

I took it to the Grand Canyon at below freezing and it kept my head warm all night and day. Next weekend wore it to a friends house and it never got too hot to take off. Comfortable and stylish for urban and outdoor settings.
