This hat works great under any helmet be it for skiing, biking or climbing. When you don't need it, it rolls up small so you can shove it in any pocket, know I have no excuse for not bringing a hat along. If you're really working up a sweat it stays warm but it doesn't dry very fast, for this reason I don't usually run in it. Great to throw in a pocket when you don't know how the temps will turn out.

This one is great for running out to the grocery store and PERFECT to wear under a "not so warm" but cute hat for long Saturday & Sunday runs. Will be great for Spring/Fall runs on its own as well.
