I bought this jacket to replace an old Mountain Hardwear Chugach jacket and this one fits me sooo much better! This jacket is just as warm, not as bulky and more feminine. Bought it for backpacking, wear it for everyday!!

My two teenage son's live in this jacket. It is the perfect jacket for spring and fall, cool mornings and cool nights. It is light and compact. I own two of these jackets and use them daily. I run, bike, hike, and climb. this is a jacket for all purposes.

Awesome jacket, super lightweight for layering under a shell,or to wear alone in 20-45 degree weather. A whisker short in the sleeve, but I have longish arms, so not really unusual.

Wearing this jacket in 14 degree weather is like wrapping oneself in a furnace! It is fantastically lightweight, waterproof, stylish, and is perfect for those who, like myself, are allergic to down. The size runs true to the Mountain Hardwear specifications and the fit is meant to be trim--creating a svelte look while compromising none of the warmth that puffier jackets feature. With this jacket, be prepared to feel guilty when braving cold weather with friends: while they are shivering, you will be sweating! I cannot thank Mountain Hardwear enough for this jacket--it is ideal for chilly and wet conditions!

Both my room mate and myself purchased this jacket this year. If I could have created this jacket on my own I would have. It's everything you should
want and expect for the great outdoor athlete......or just casual. It's sporty and attractive, most of all it does the job! Thanks Mountain Hardwear.
