To keep my wife warm, I would recommend THIS jacket over any other...PERIOD! I already bought two other jackets for her...one mtn hardwear, and TNF Gotham jacket...I returned them both. THIS jacket did just what we wanted. Very warm, waterPROOF, seamsealed, durable fabric, fashionable...so she wants to wear it ALL the time, great shape. It looks great without the belt. Really flattering jacket. All the girls that see the jacket on my cute,warm,dry wife are so jealous.

This jacket is the ultimate in style and warmth for bone-chilling Midwestern winters. I have been searching for a down jacket that doesn't make me look like the Michelin man for years and have finally found it. Please note I have yet to wear it while participating in any winter sports, but am confident it will perform well.
