I can't really say enough about this jacket except if something happens to it...I bought this coat last year and it was worth every penny. I put it too the test last summer while on a ridge... it started raining sideways... more like pounding and I stayed completely dry. I am now using it as a shell for winter cycling/ mountain biking and it is wind proof. I've used it for pretty much any outdoor activity you can think of in Alaska...
