I am an XS in womens, and should have ordered a LARGE in Girls. The XL is a bit too roomy for my small frame, but it is comfy never the less. Would be great for layering as well. To get sizing perfect, I would recommend trying on The North Face Jackets for size in person, then order on here for the great price.
