Safely and effectively train the antagonist muscles in your hand and forearm with the GripSaver Plus from Metolius. By conditioning the muscles that oppose the ones you use in climbing, you can significantly decrease the risk of injury.
The idea with this product is to work the antagonist muscles and tendons to prevent or recover from finger injuries cased by over use. Don't expect to get a workout with this guy as that is not its intended use. The concept is sound and proven with other muscle groups, but I cannot scientifically say that it has really helped me recover from injuries any faster than resting alone would have, hence three stars. But it is easy to use and could not hurt your fingers any more, so I will keep believing that it does work.
