Comments about Kahtoola MICROspikes Traction System:

I had two friends recommend these prior to purchasing, and I would never go back! I've used these primarily for hiking destinations below 7,000 feet that have light ice, but primarily hard snow. They are easy to put on, easy to walk in, and prevent me from sliding all over the place. They do not come with a storage bag, so I'm ordering one from the manufacturer, as I've kept them in the box they arrived in to avoid getting holes in my pack or other gear.

Comments about Kahtoola MICROspikes Traction System:

The company stands by the product. If they break (which they don't often) the company will replace them. They are easy to get on and off and work on ice and snow. Best portable traction device on the market!

Comments about Kahtoola MICROspikes Traction System:

These are great for hikes on level to low angle icy trails. I also use them for ice fishing. Pretty easy to put on unless you ate too much !haha The thick rubber "harness"is pretty durable and holds onto my boots quite well. If you're boot size is near the size break I would go down, so they fit a little tighter. I found the size chart, here you are: Small Fits youth 4.5-7, womens 5.5-8.5, Medium Fits Wmn's 8.5+ / Men's 7-10.5, Large Fits Men's 10.5-14, and X-large Fits Men's Pack Boots 10.5-14
