Comments about Mountain Gear New Leader's Rack:

Finally bit the bullet and added trad gear to my sport rack. Everything you need to get started leading trad routes. Not sure where I'm gonna place the largest hexes but I will know when its time and I have them. Just add biners and combine this rack with your climbing partner's and go get some.

Comments about Mountain Gear New Leader's Rack:

Back at Konstein Germany this weekend- on sighted a 7+ (my first) feeling 100% confident & focused. The start was fine & totally in sync until hitting a few finger pockets- then like a Christmas gift hidden under the tree away from sight was a beautiful space for my #4 BD Cam. Bam! I put that cam in @ mach 5, took a deep breath and moved on. Then without any rational (beside fatigue) I fell 6' & that cam held my 6'4 & 270 pound body with ease- zero damage to the wires & minimal scratching on the cam itself. Thanks guys! April 2009 I'm going back to Thailand- any takers? rmckellop[@]

Comments about Mountain Gear New Leader's Rack:

This rack rules! Just climbed a few routes in Konstein Germany- lead climbed my first 3 pitch 5+ (10A) this rack has just about everything you need for a multi pitch day. I used non-locking oval biners for the cams- no problems. But just to be safe I'm going to order 10 oval locking biners.

This is a great starter rack or need to replace an old one, at a really good price. The only thing missing are the carabiners.
